WikiMoon: Chibiusa
[ Personality ] : Despite that she's 902 years old or so, Chibiusa is physically and mentally about that of an 8 year old child and it tends to be very obvious. She has extremely childish notions about the way the world works and what it means to be an adult, and she tends to do her best when it comes to her efforts in fulfilling those assumed expectations. While she tries to be mature, she's very sensitive about the fact that she is not and takes it poorly when this is made obvious. Her life's dream is to be a lady like her mother and it gets her in some real trouble from time to time. Her experiences in the 20th century helped her grow up quite a bit, howevr. She has some budding skills in leadership, and she tries very hard to be a perfectionist.
Her upbringing as the crown princess of Earth in the 30th century has made her socially awkward, if just a little bi, but she's still an upbeat and extroverted child. She has something of a streak of entitlement from this as well, something one might call distinctly bratty. In other news, she has an interesting understanding of love; she's managed to crush on her father's past self, a pegasus that was actually a magical priest of earth, and a girl that is essentially the physical incarnation of death itself.
Even with all of that, she's a very normal girl in a variety of ways. She likes pretty things and pancakes and rabbit themed merchandise. She used to be the president of her third grade class back when she was in the 20th century. She tries to be friendly with everyone she meets even when it doesn't always work out. She's also scared of some rather silly things like ghosts, storms, vampires, and other traditionally creepy things.
[ Strengths/Weaknesses ] :
+ outgoing and a reasonably efficient leader for a child
+ magical girl capable of transforming into a sailor suited soldier of love and justice with a metric ton of magic powers
+ way too cute for her own good
- immature and still in need of training

[ Other Important Facts ] :
Chibiusa is the daughter of King Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity, and so has access to a metric ton of powers that she hasn't quite managed to master. Using the power of the Pink Moon Crystal, a sacred family heirloom with incredible power, she is able to transform into a sailor-suited warrior with the magic phrase, "Pink Moon Crystal Power, Make Up!" In this form, she has a number of other special abilities available to her, though they almost all require items that she can summon as needed. Notably, she has pure and holy power that, like her mother, has restorative and evil-vanquishing sorts of influences and most of them require incantations to use. In theory, these are the ones she should be able to access at present.
"Pink Sugar Heart Attack": using the Pink Moon Stick, she can use magic to weaken enemies.
"Moon Gorgeous Meditation": using the Chibimoon Kaleidoscope, she can use magic as an assault.
"Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss": using the Eternal Tiare, she can banish and purify evil spirits.
"Pink Lady's Freezing Kiss": creates magic ice that envelops and then shatters objects.
Weirdly, if she cries hard enough, her hair ornaments will amplify the sound into a sonic attack. Another fun fact, her transformation makes her appear slightly more physically mature.

It was completely confusing, and Chibiusa stumbled out of the fountain soaking wet as she looked around her strange new surroundings. It takes a moment to really sink in, but when she realizes the sky is not filled with clouds but is instead with fish, a jolt of terror struck her. She had to remind herself not to cry, she was a strong soldier.
She was also all alone, but... Mama wouldn't cry.
"Ceres! Pallas!" she shouted instead, alarmed as she reached into the folds of her dress to grab her Key of Space Time. "Juno! Vesta!"
She had already realized, however, that she really had to be alone. She should have been able to tell if they were near her, her guardians. And--
She couldn't feel anything. There should have been a thrum of magic energy even before she incanted the spell that would draw her through to the Gate of Time. There was something out there, something awful that had sealed her off if she couldn't even contact Pluto now. There had to be something horrible going on, and she raised her hand towards the sky.
"Pink Moo-!"
She was cut off by a polite, nondescript man handing her a towel, and she took it from him with a wide-eyed expression of utter bafflement.
"A-ah, thank you very much, mister...?"
